Kashmir Tulip Festival 2024 Dates

The Tulip Garden Kashmir opening dates 2024 are from 19th March 2024 to 20th April 2024. The garden hosts the tulip festival only for 20 days once in a year.

Tulip Garden Timings: 9 AM to 7 PM, but may also vary depending on the rush.

The Tulip Festival is hosted by the famous Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden or now popularised by tourists to be known as the ‘Tulip Garden Srinagar’. It is one of Kashmir’s most prominent tourist attractions in Srinagar. It is located at the foothills of the Zabarwan Mountains and also overlooks Dal Lake.

How to reach the Tulip Garden Srinagar

Kashmir’s Srinagar is well-connected to the rest of India through air, rail and road. Even the Tulip Garden is accessible from all around Srinagar. 

By Air: The nearest airport is the Srinagar Airport (Sheikh ul Alam International Airport Srinagar). It is approximately 22 kms away from the garden. There are several cheap flights to Kashmir from various cities around India. One can hire taxis, cabs or use buses to reach Srinagar or the Tulip Garden. 

By Rail: The nearest railway station is the Srinagar Railway Station 18 kms away from the garden. You can book a cab or use public transport to travel from here. 

By Road: Srinagar is well-connected to Delhi and other neighbouring cities by national highways. Once you reach Lal Chowk in Srinagar, the Tulip Garden is only 8 kms away.
