Vande Bharat Express Soon To Operate In South India
After receiving the green flag for its 4th route in Himachal Pradesh from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the pride of the “Make in India” initiative is ready to run across more tracks in India. The 5th route of the Vande Bharat Express will be Chennai – Bengaluru – Mysore in South India, and it will be inaugurated on November 10. So far the Vande Bharat Express operates on New Delhi – Varanasi, New Delhi – Katra, Mumbai – Gandhinagar and New Delhi – Amb Andaura (which will begin regular operations from October 19) routes.
Vistara and Air India Soon To Be Integrated
As per sources, Singapore Airlines is in talks with the Tata Group in regard to the integration of Air India and Vistara. Vistara (Tata SIA Airlines) is a joint venture between Singapore Airlines, which owns 49% stake, and Tata Sons which owns 51% stake in the airline, and Air India recently came under the ownership of the Tata Group after it was owned by the Indian Government for 7 decades. The Tata Group also owns Air India Express (a subsidiary of Air India) and AirAsia India (in partnership with Malaysia-based AirAsia).
Spain Fully Subsidises Train Travel for All Till End Of 2023
Earlier this year, Spain announced to provide free train tickets to all till the end of 2022. Bhutan To Host Royal Highland Festival & Reopen Trans Bhutan Trail After 60 Years
