5. The Before Trilogy

The Before Trilogy doesn’t feed its audience with grand touristy locations and exotic montages but instead literally walks you through the particular cities. Our main characters Celine and Jesse meet on a train and what follows is a light-hearted romantic trope. As the two walk along the streets of Vienna, Austria, they discover not only the gorgeous city but also each other. The sequel, Before Sunset, is entirely shot in the love city of Paris. The duo navigate through the streets of Paris as they pick up where they left with each other. What better place to tick off the trilogy finale than ‘Greece’? In Before Midnight, Celine and Jesse are finally together and have twin girls. The movie takes us again on a walk with the lovers as they walk through Messinia in Greece.

The American Comedy trilogy follows the misadventures of three friends and a newly added member of their party. In the first part, the quartet are in Las Vegas to celebrate Stu’s (Ed Helms) bachelor party and things take a bad turn pretty quickly. However, the movie shows some mesmerising shots of Las Vegas’ nightlife with the clubs and casinos. In the second part, the quartet is all set to go for Stu’s wedding in the exotic location of Thailand, but one of the members of the squad (more precisely the bride’s brother) goes missing. The film is mostly shot in Southern Thailand with pristine white beaches and limestone cliffs in the background. Now the third part of the series is a trip across Las Vegas, Tijuana, the Mojave Desert and back to Los Angeles. Watch these bunch of friends navigate through love and life as they try to keep things in place for their friend’s wedding. Want to plan an equally crazy trip with your friends, start by applying for an online visa for any international location, may it be the USA or Thailand.
