The Hayya Card is basically like a visa along with your match ticket. Holding this card in person is compulsory for everyone attending the match. The Hayya Card also facilitates free match-day travel.
Indian citizens can avail of the Qatar Visa on Arrival facility, Medical insurance is also mandatory to enter the country for matches.
How to reach Qatar:
If you are travelling from India, there are innumerable flight options from Delhi and Mumbai. On other days, the metro system connects all stadiums as well as the Hamad International Airport. There is also a tram service available. The cost of metro and tram services starts at 2 Qatari Riyal approximately. If you plan on staying in Qatar for longer get the reusable travel card for 10 Riyal.
Covid-19 Restrictions:
It is mandatory to submit a negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours of arrival in Qatar. Also, show the double vaccination certificate for adults and rapid antigen for children below 12 years.
